This tool is designed to make a quick estimate of how long distance odor may travel from the source. The tool calculates the affected zone with very conservative assumptions. If this tool indicates that there may be problems, then we recommend that you do proper dispersion modelling. The calculator is based on the guidelines from Department of Environment and Conservation, NSW.
